US Markets - Healthcare Starting to Look Sick

Below is a chart of the Vanguard Health Care Index (VHT) which is a broad index across the sectors various industries. Med Tech as viewed by the iShares ETF (IHI) ranks very well in the sector, while the Pharmaceutical ETF (PPH) is at the opposite side of the spectrum.
