The July Silver futures signaled a buy two days ago at the purple diamond below, and today it was a triggered long with price moving above $28. We would be buyers here with an initial target at $29.365. We also get a MOB target at $31.

The monthly chart of the XAU jumped out to us as it displays a very bullish "cup with handle" pattern. The upside implications of the pattern measures an upside target of +32% from here. We highlight gold, silver, GDX, and ten long equities that we like in this group.

After pulling back from the MFU-2 area on May 10, the GDX is now above it, which is bullish.

Momentum is turning up in Gold Futures. A Close above 1800 would be a short-term breakout of resistance.

The XOP has turned up from the MOB band and within the timing bands provided by the MOB.

We have also reviewed the XOP as that ETF is in a support area and should get a lift with WTI moving higher.

Upside momentum is gaining strength in the precious metals and GDX.

Gold has pushed above the recent 1-month highs and is making its way above the downtrend.

WTI Crude Oil is turning up from a support area, and we see an initial near-term target of $69 from here, followed by higher prices after that.

The momentum shift in energy has taken hold. We would be adding to the XOP long and individual names in the group. The long trade was initiated on March 26 when price reversed off the blue ellipse buy signal. Happy to help with specific names.

We like the pullback in WTI Crude and this setup in XOP. The stochastics below is about to turn up. More to come. Needed to get this out.

We noted in our Tuesday report that we would add to our long position on a close above $85, but given the strong breadth in the sector, we believe we will get a close above $85 and would be adding right here.

We got the pause that refreshed in the XOP when price hit our MFU-4 target of $85.

Gold was able to hold the MOB support band in the $1760 area, and has now broken above the short-term resistance area.
